Paul is a former Cardiff City and Wales international, having made over 490 professional appearances.

Paul’s career started at Hereford United, by the time Paul was 23 he had made the big step up to Championship level with Cardiff City. Here Paul enjoyed his best years which saw him play in the 2008 FA Cup Final and gain 12 international caps, scoring 1 goal.

Paul also had spells at Preston North End and Shrewsbury Town, before calling time on a 17 year playing career.

Paul now has clear coaching aspirations at youth level, and is shortly looking to complete his ‘B’ License with the FAW.

Academy Manager- Experienced coach who has spent 14 years coaching at Cardiff City FC academy and most recently running a regional development centre.

His passion and enthusiasm for the game and player development is evident in his approach. Encouraging all players to be the best they can.

Rhys has overseen over 100 players sign for professional clubs and with his plans for PJSS we hope this will only be a positive for our club

Former Yeovil Town Goalkeeper, has spent the last year working with our goalkeepers and we could not be happier with the results.

Providing challenging sessions that meet the needs of all our goalkeepers individual needs, whilst working on the style of play we encourage, our goalkeepers have been reaping the benefits of Lee’s hard work.

Nigel joins us and brings a huge wealth of experience. In his short time, he has overseen the transformation of one of our age groups, strong recruitment alongside coaching and a clear playing Identity, saw our u14s reach the semi finals of the plate this season.

Nigel has experience working in grassroots football but his strength come from his time spent with Brazilian Soccer Schools and Cardiff City. A fantastic coach who is a real asset to our club.
